orillia3 Orillia, ON Post #: 560	The columns can be sorted. Click on View, then List You will be presented with a similar arrangement, but not the spreadsheet. Click on the column title you wish the sort. It will sort up. Click on the column title again, it will sort down.

Immediately under the Titile Ontario eBike Dealers is a borderless toolbar with different options some of which are greyed out. Ontario eBike Dealers File Edit View Insert Format Data Tools Help View Only Take your mouse and hover the cursor over "View" then left click. A dropdown menu will appear, Options are Normal, List, etc again some of the options will be greyed out, but the one you want is List. Take you mouse and hover the cursor over List, then left click. Your Spreadsheet view will then change to a List view. About the third row down you will see the column titles in blue. Follow the titles, Row, Dealer Name, etc., until you get to City. Take your mouse and hover the cursor over City and left click. The list below will sort in alphabetical order. Left click again and you will get the column sorted in reverse alphabetical order. " not on my computer. where is the list to find the grey border? im lost... the last link worked great though. maybe you have different access than me. or your just smarter. ok,just read the first post with the link to the google spreadsheet... im ok now ...
