Thanks for the compliments. When you upgrade next spring let me know how it works out for you, I would be interested in hearing. Will do. Over the winter I plan to install a some bluetooth wireless speakers and mic to listen to music from my iphone and take calls. In case you're curious this it the one I plan to muck with Bluetooth Speaker BCK-08 Its wireless, has a lithium battery so all I need to do is modify the panel and inset the speakers, power panel and mic/controls. Not sure if I want to modify the panel I have or I may just order a second panel to muck with. What do you think? |

Spoke to the manufacturer of my bike and there were able to confirm there is in fact no leakage of power form one battery to the other. They explained because its a parallel board and power is drawn form both batteries at the same time it won't occur. They have diodes. Hey Outkastland I was wondering if you actually saw the diodes on your bike? I don't want to beat this topic to death, but an electrical engineer friend of mind told me there should be no need for them as when the two batt packs are connected, current would only flow until the two packs reach the same voltage level and there would be no danger of overcharging. However, if I do this in the spring, I do not want to fry my new batts out of the gate, so that's why I'm checking. |

I checked with my bike manufacturer and they confirmed there isn't any diodes. They don't need them since the way batteries are in parallel. They have no issue since they are connected int he manner they are. no power leakage or anything. |

Well I added another accessory to my Condor. My LED Headlight lights up everything in front (signs, and other things in front) but it does not light up the road directly in front of my Condor too well. So I added a set of LED lights on each side of the plastic cover over the bottom of my front shocks and aligned and pointed them so they light up the road ahead of my Condor. They run off of their own 12V source and I have a lighted rocker switch I mounted on my dash beside the other rocker switch for my running lights.
Here is a link to them at Canadian Tire; http://www.canadianti... Ken Finch |

Good call on getting the extra lighting for dark situations especially when the area of the road we are permitted on is littered with pot holes and other garbage! |

Thanks, once aligned properly they light up an area 3' wide by 5' long directly in front of my Condor. Great for potholes and other garbage as you stated.
