Thought this video hilarious... just wish to share.
Yangzhou in Jiangsu province has a urban pop of 1.2 mill and a "GTA" pop of about 4.6 mill so not a small town! Temps average 1.7C in January and drop as low as -19C at its coldest... Not too far different than Toronto? Anyway... can't tell whether the two-wheeled motorized scoots are gas or electric, but check out watt Toronto might look like in an ebike world gone crazy (in a nice way I mean)  So, how many scooters did you count?
