lynda99 appears to be a professional recruiter for market research focus groups... I worked in the industry many years ago so I know a little bit about how the industry works. lynda99 is probably a self-employed contract worker recruiting folks to attend a focus group get together at one of the Toronto area "research houses" (as they call themselves in the industry.)

I believe this is a legit thing and am going to reply to this myself. Will let you know how it goes. Should be fun. Pay for showing up one evening for 2-3 hours can range from $50-$500, depending on the demographic (eg doctors get $500... ebike riders... not so much
