I wish I could. I bought it used off of Kijiji. The dealer is located in Toronto, and I'm outside of Guelph. I might just very well have to go down there and get them to fix it and hope for the best.

if U don't know what is wrong why not just take the Scooter back to the Dealer you bought it from and let their mechanic take a shot at it?

Have seen way too many people try and diagnose a problem by tearing down a controller and wiring and then creating more of a nightmare than they started out with.

I was going to suggest the kill switch as well... my bike did exactly this, not long after being new... ended up it was a loose wire, associated with the brake. So, the bike thought that my bike was braking, and killed the motor. It did work if I turned off all lights however. I remember when she fixed it, she did something in the brake light housing. See if your bike runs with the lights off? The shop in guelph is quite good, I don't know if they service anything but Motorino, but you can give them a call, E-ride Guelph, (519) 341-0801. a

Just an update..
The bike is fixed! A friend of the family checked it out and noticed that a few cables shorted out, there was actual burn marks. So he fixed all of it and soldered them. He fixed the front tire, as it appears the tire valve was messed with and would not hold air at all. He also tightned up the brake and checked the battery. Everything works perfectly, infact, it seems as if it has more power than ever before, plus the battery is lasting a lot longer than it has before.

I'm just glad to have it back finally!

Glad to hear Patrick! Hope you were watching your friend at work and you would have seen these are fairly easy fixes.

Your ride probably DOES have more power now - and longer range. It sounds from the burn marks you mentioned that some of the connections were loose, and these loose connections act like resisters that just burn up power as waste heat. So with tightened/soldered connections now, you should see these improvements.

And yah, check yer air pressure. I have a little pressure guage shaped like a pen with pocket clip so it's tiny. Tire pressure can vary quite a bit eg drop once the heat of the summer goes and the pavements cool down. Wattever pressure range your tire calls for, keep it pumped to the max, but best to do this on a hot day after a good ride when tire and air are already as hot as they get. As the daze cool down for fall, add as needed, then be careful come spring cause the reverse can happen - a fully pressurized tire can get TOO hot in the first hot summer daze so over max. pressure and a blowout can be possible.

My sister in law just got mine diagnosed. Same thing lights horn alarm signals working. She got it all apart & it's the Controller. At the same time I'm having her remove that annoying alarm. Forewarned is forearmed. Don't touch your e-bike unless you know what you're doing. She trained with the manufacturer in China for two months to do this.
