Heads up, FYI:
According to this Toronto Star article bikes left parked after midnight can be considered weapons and will likely be removed if within the G20 security zone (an area roughly bordered by King St., Yonge St., the lake and Spadina Ave.). Yet another reason to avoid the downtown core the next few days. Especially if you plan to park anywhere at night. I doubt the cops would discriminate between e-bikes and pedal-only bikes. Better not give them the chance. |
