Green Criuser Online Store (ISE Canada) 1021 Pape Avenue, East York, ON M4K3V8, Canada Tel: (416) 424-1889 Fax: (416) 465-7001 Email: blue lifes tyle@li ve.com I don't know anything about these folks except that they look more like an appliance outfit than an ebike store... but anywaze.. They listed a long list of discounted ebikes and kits and pedal bikes (and washers and dryers etc) on craigslist on September 3rd: http://toronto.en.cra... I expect many ebike retailers will be having end-of-season sales this time of year... Dunno watt stock from the craigslist listing might be still available, but they show some deep(?) discounts on their web site... Some of the specs and wording on their site is incomplete or confused so either they are just sloppy or they really don't know much about ebike tech, so CAVEAT EMPTOR... At least one of the bikes pictured is labeled Luyuan... They are listing a front hub conversion kit right now: 36V 250W Lithium Battery Ebike Conversion Kit ...which MIGHT be a good deal if some more details were known eg Ah size of lithium pack, name of lithium cell mfgr/cell specs and whether motor is brushless and geared (looks like/maybe) tks Lock |

http://www.green-crui... The place is operated / owned by a Chinese mainland immigrant (Huang - I think that's his last name). The place is an internet cafe, small appliances shop, bikes and ebike / escooter store. All imported from China. The price for the folding bikes was decent when it was on sale last month - not sure if this is still the case. He places ads on Kijiji. By the way, he does not seem to like to make deals. The price you see is the price you pay. Hope this helps. Edited by DragOnT on Sep 30, 2010 2:08 PM |

http://www.green-crui... Krikey, Lock, didja see the "Mr. Bin"? Looks like a 3-wheeled dog-house, eh? And it is a Luyuan: ![]() Strange thang has a 350w motor but a 64V/14ah batt pack, wtf? I gotta go to East York and check this place out! e-caravan cheers! |

Krikey, Lock, didja see the "Mr. Bin"? Looks like a 3-wheeled dog-house, eh?I guessed it is intended as a delivery vehicle. The higher V might be about gearing for higher motor RPMs so more efficient/torquey plus if ya can deliver the same W with more V and less A more eff too from less wire etc losses... It *looks* heavy but at 102kg not as heavy as some of the other scooter-style two-wheelers out there. They're showing its price as pretty heavily discounted if somebuddy were interested in such a trike. Lock |

That thing is e-normous! Is that street legal in Ontario? Must be a real "joy" to go up hills on.

Yesh, would be street legal with pedals . . think we can just see the pedal holes . . maybe Lubo, or anyone doing free-lance e-bike mechanics, could see the practical appeal of Mr. Bin . . it is not a glamour machine, for sure.
Must be a popular style in China, and places where there aren't so many cars and trucks? I think the same company that makes my bike, makes plastic e-cop-cars and e-postie-trucks. I was at a bar nursing a beer. My nipple was getting quite soggy. Cheers! |
