That cooler contraption is a real beast -- gas powered, goes 50Kph and can hold at least a six-pack of beer -- no wonder he was charged with riding it on the sidewalk.
Though I suppose if he were to have an accident with a pedestrian on the sidewalk, he could at least offer her a cold one ;) |

Hehe... Haven't looked up the Nova Scotia laws before... from their Motor Vehicle Act:
http://www.gov.ns.ca/... (c) "bicycle" means ... 5.5HP *might* be only 50cc... Looks like he needs to change the gearing to drop max speed down to 30kmh (which'd give him better torque anyway), add pedals and enlarge two of the wheels to 14" and he'll be good to go... Also needs the usual front light, back reflector... and no riding the sidewalks. *HIC* LocK |
