Shot at the intersection of two busy thoroughfares in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China, between change of traffic signals. We can see that about 80% of the two-wheeled vehicles on the roads of a typical eastern Chinese city today are electric bikes. The rest are bicycles, motorbikes are rare as they are banned by the municipal government. Cool video -- and it makes sense as most of the ebikes are made in China. Though I noticed most weren't wearing helmets!

the pedestrians look fearful. Did you catch the guy tuning right into the oncoming lane of ebikes scooting between them in a "s" fashion. omg!
Could be used in a "How Not to Ride" training session, one day. |
