It might need a little work. But this is a Cougar RX7 (Veloteq). So parts shouldn't be too hard to find. Good bike for someone who wants to try fixing escooters biggrin

It is in fact a Veloteq Cougar XR7 which means it is a 2007 model. A very decent and dependable bike. Dollars to doughnuts, it needs new batteries so another $300.00 will have to be added to get this bike on the road, along with a few minor adjustments like why does the chain fall off. The cargo bin does look like it is a little wanky but I am sure a bracket or too would fix that. As long as there is no rim damage or frame damage from a possible accident, it does look like a good deal...but you still woudn't really know until it was examined. The locks of course would have to be all changed since there is no key (wonder what happened to both sets?) so you can add another $75.00 plus labour, as well as another charger which are roughy around $89 - $119 depending upon the charger and retailer. So all in all this bike would end up being around the $1100 mark to put it on the road. Wondering of course how the tires are and how many kilometres are on this bike as well as brake pads.

No keys? Any time I see that, it raises a red flag: Was it stolen?
This auciton is likely long gone, but buyer beware! Alwas ask for documentation. Where was it purchased? Why is it being sold? YMMV.

Hi Roger... Yah that auction item is long gone, but read the writeup about the seller:
http://members.ebay.c...

Not sayin'for sure but it appears the seller has a legit relationship with several police agencies... Might explain "mysterious" aspects of a lot of watt they sell!
